Hi, I am looking for a plumber in Phnom Penh - so far, no luck. Mainly a problem with translation.
I have 3 basic things that need to be done in the apartment where I am residing in the Sangkat Toul Svay 1, Khan Chamkarmon district of Phnom Penh.
If any expat has a connection with a plumber who can understand English - I would be so….so…..so…..grateful for this information. (I've been searching for a plumber for weeks).
Next time I'm on this post, I will make sure I contribute (instead of ask).
