Marketing Coordinator

Cambodian Children’s Fund is a world leading international non-profit organization founded in 2004 which provides life-changing education, nourishment and a wide-range of community services to vulnerable children and families from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. Today, we educate more than 2,000 students and care for over 10,000 people annually, after extending our services to support entire families and communities living in poverty.

CCF was founded by former film executive Scott Neeson, who traveled to Cambodia on holiday in early 2003 and found his life changed by the desperate circumstances and unlikely courage of Phnom Penh's most impoverished children. Today, he serves as CCF’s Executive Director, performing daily fieldwork and overseeing operations across CCF’s various facilities.

CCF is looking for a marketing all-rounder to coordinate the production of marketing and communications collateral and campaigns from their Phnom Penh office.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Identify, design and develop a suite of core marketing materials, along with a timeline for updating these materials, and a method for organisation-wide distribution. Examples of materials needed: presentations, promotional materials, information sheets, reports.
- Work with the multimedia officer to ensure high-quality multimedia (photo, video and design) is produced where needed, and to ensure that marketing materials work aligns with CCF’s branding, style and message.
- Work closely with fundraising offices, event committees and partner organisations to develop tailored materials required for specific needs, such as fundraising campaigns, international events and ad-hoc requests.
- With input from the Marketing and Communications Manager, Executive Director and Programs team, act as the lead copywriter for marketing materials and reports.
- Work closely with CCF international offices and key in-country staff to ensure they are provided with marketing and communications support. Ensure that requests for materials are processed in a clear way, assign tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ related working experience.
- 3 years' experience in managing a team is preferred.
- Previous experience within the international development/NGO sector preferred
- Skilled at using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Must be able to act as key liason with international colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to produce materials quickly and on tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage several projects at once.
- Highly creative and able to demonstrate evidence of innovative marketing/communication initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities and design innovative approaches backed by analysis and planning.
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills
