Save the Children Australia (SCA) is seeking an experienced Director to lead the strategic development and delivery of our program of work in Cambodia, to maximize our impact on realizing the rights of vulnerable children and to contribute to our global impact.

The person will lead and develop a cross-functional team at country level, build effective relationships, mobilize resources to support our work, and contribute to organizational learning and the achievement of the wider objectives of the organization.

The successful candidate for this challenging position will have extensive program management and development experience preferably in the Asia region. Excellent organizational and financial management skills, high level communication and liaison skills are essential.

This senior position will be based in Phnom Penh.
