Tib Restaurant, founded in 1993 in Ho Chi Minh City, is the first restaurant in Vietnam to have revived special Hue-style traditional dishes like “dam nuoc”, “banh la cha tom”, “cuon diep”, “cuon Hue”… in a systematic and methodological manner.

The Tib brand thrives on for the last 17 years because it always fights to preserve the integrity of each of the dishes, still welcoming this present day its very first guests. In November 2007, former President of the United States of America George Bush has chosen Tib to host a dinner for Australian Prime Minister John Howard, which speaks eloquently for the Tib brand.
Recently, Tib Restaurant has also been elected as one Asia’s finest restaurant by the Miele Guide (2009 – 2010)
