Founded in 2007, Chum's House is a premier letting agency offering bespoke housing services to expat clientele in Saigon. Most of our properties are rented quickly through word-of-mouth and we don't post endless listings of properties that are no longer for rent.

We understand what you need, want & expect from a place to live & ensure that the properties you view with us meet the criteria you have specified. We don't describe a property as 'luxury' unless it really is and we won’t waste your time showing you a 2 bed apartment when you have asked to see a 5 bed house.
