Cristina Ramon is a professional coach trained by CTI (The Coaches Training Institute, California) and a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She has been a humanitarian worker for more than a decade and has lived and worked in Asia and in Europe. She is a passionate coach, fascinated by people's dreams and potential; for her, the world would be a much better place if everybody would be listening the inner wisdom.

As someone who has faced several life transitions and lived in different places, she finds fascinating the process of changing, transforming and redefining life.
