Our studios are kept cool with open windows and fans. Our senior teachers also set the intensity of the classes appropriately so that clients do not over heat.
We do not use AC as cold drafts on sweaty skin can cause muscle cramps or spasms as well as stressing the body with sudden changes in temperature between the studio and outside.
