Velkommen Guesthouse is a riverside budget acommodation with 12 rooms and an English and Norwegian speaking management team.
When we opened the guesthouse we wanted to offer quality rooms and a friendly location for visitors to Phnom Penh.

Our larger balcony rooms with great river views have air conditioning, fan, in-room safe, mini bar, cable TV with 70 channels, hot water, sofa and dining table & chairs. Our smaller budget rooms all have air conditioning, fan, cable TV with 70 channels, hot water and comfortable beds.

All rooms are covered with free 3,5 MB WiFi and have windows.
