Simphony Music & Art School (SMS) is the first and only official music school in Phnom Penh Cambodia that is recognized by Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts from the Royal Government of Cambodia. It is registered under Ministry of Commerce, Phnom Penh City Hall and Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.

SMS has been established since June 2010. They are the first music school to introduce proper classical music training to Cambodia. The development of music in Cambodia is still in its infancy stage and it is their aim to promote music education to the general public in Cambodia.

SMS is known for its nurturing environment. Courses are taught by a distinguished faculty of highly-acclaimed music industry professionals who will help students develop discipline, technical skills, theoretical knowledge, versatility, and a confident attitude.
