Practicing at SÂMATA Health & Wellness Studio
Experienced in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions including spinal, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle pain. Also trained in providing relief from pelvic pain and women's continence issues. Pilates programs focus on clinical rehabilitation, pain relief, muscle toning, core stability and strength training.
All pilates programs include theraband (resistance band), fit ball and mat based exercises tailored to specific needs. Air conditioned room, mat hire and shower use included.
