Krama Yoga and NataRaj Yoga are sad to say farewell to Oskar and Alison, two fantastic yoga teachers who have contributed so much to the yoga community over the two years they have been living and working in Phnom Penh. NataRaj offers a heart-felt thank you and wishes these two inspiring teachers all the best.

NataRaj Yoga will continue to deliver high quality teaching, as it has been doing since 2004. NataRaj Yoga offers something for every yoga practitioner, including Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes, as well as technical focus classes that emphasise depth and safety in your practice. Our committed NataRaj teachers Delphine, Ruth, Piseth, Dara andVannac, are proud to meet the needs of a growing yoga community in Phnom Penh, as well as the individual needs of students who are advancing in their practice, just beginning, or wanting some one-on-one time.

NataRaj Yoga also welcomes Power Yoga/Vinyasa teacher, John Cleasey from Australia, for those of you looking for a hatha yoga practice that will make you sweat. And, also in October, we welcome back the integrated Scaravelli-inspired style from Isabelle Skaburskis, founder of NataRaj and Krama Yoga, who leads a practice dedicated to creativity, mindfulness and artful awareness.

In January, we are pleased to be hosting American-born teacher Stacia Leach, who comes to us from Tanzania where she has been running a yoga and retreat center for the last 12 years.

We are very excited to offer you this diversity of personalities and styles, with each teacher meeting the high standard of instruction that the NataRaj community has come to expect.

And there is more.

Starting in October, NataRaj Yoga will be offering daytime yoga classes in the newly built air conditioned studio at Amata Spa, located conveniently close to Krama Yoga, just on Street 306. As Amata Spa puts the finishing touches on a high-end yoga and Pilates studio, NataRaj Yoga will run classes in this luxury environment, in addition to it's ongoing evening classes at the NGO location on Street 302. We will be bringing you more information on that with our next newsletter.

NataRaj Yoga has thrived as a center for international yoga teachers comitted to bringing the restorative nature of yoga to those who need it most in Cambodia: that means children in NGOs, and it also means business people, development workers, lawyers and diplomats who give their heart and their energy to this beautiful and sometimes challenging country. The whole Krama Yoga team is excited to accept into our fold even more international teachers for workshops and long-term residencies.
